10-Yard Dumpsters for Construction & Demolition Debris

Contractors & commercial customers: Call (507) 381-9485 for pricing.

Dumpster filled with cement blocks

Project Range – Light / Small

The 10-yard bin is our smallest, most cost-effective container and is ideal for junk removal and other small projects like:

  • Attic, basement, and garage cleanouts
  • Home junk removal
  • One-room gutting project
  • Kitchen and bathroom renovations

Our low-side 10-yard dumpsters are ideal for concrete and other construction and demolition materials.

When filled, a 10-yard dumpster will typically weigh 1-2 tons (2,000-4,000 pounds), depending on what you’re throwing away. Local landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, so we include 1.5 tons as part of our flat-rate price.

The weight limit for a 10-yard dumpster rental will vary depending on the type of debris you’re disposing of and your location.
