Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a dumpster delivered?

• We recommend requesting your dumpster rental at least three days in advance, but we can deliver most dumpsters within 24 to 48 hours of order placement, subject to availability.

Should I be on-site for delivery?

• You don’t have to be present when we drop off your container. On the day of your delivery, be sure the area is clear and not blocked by anything that may prevent us from accessing the drop-off area.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

• We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, but we want to clarify our policy regarding specific delivery times. Unless you request a specific delivery window in advance of your scheduled delivery day, we are unable to guarantee an exact time for when your dumpster will arrive. As a result, you can expect your dumpster to be delivered sometime between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the day it is scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. 

Where is the best place to put a dumpster?

• Dumpsters must be placed on a firm, stable surface free of ground or overhead obstructions. A flat, paved area on private property is ideal for your roll-off dumpster. We recommend your driveway for home-based projects. Contractors should designate a waste area away from equipment or large debris. We’ll help you choose a location when you place an order. Sometimes, the dumpster rental can be placed on the street in front of your home or job site, but some cities require a Right-of-Way Permit. If street placement is the best option for your project, call us, and we’ll let you know if you need to obtain a permit. Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

• In most cases, no, your driveway will not be damaged. However, we do offer driveway protection mats upon request that will minimize scratches or scrapes to the surface.

How long does it take to drop off a dumpster?

• The entire process of parking a dumpster takes less than 10 minutes.

Can I put concrete, brick, or asphalt into the dumpster?

• These items can only be placed in specific dumpsters to avoid damaging your property and ensure our trucks can effectively haul the debris away. Share your project details with our team, and we’ll recommend the right dumpster solution for your job.

What sizes of dumpsters are available for rent?

• We offer 10, 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters for rent. See all our dumpster options.

Which areas do you service?

• We deliver dumpsters to all of Blue Earth and Waseca Counties, and southern Le Sueur County.  Our delivery area includes Waseca, Janesville, Mankato, North Mankato, Eagle Lake, Madison Lake, Elysian, Waterville, New Richland, Saint Clair, Pemberton, Waldorf, Minnesota Lake, Mapleton, Good Thunder, Cleveland, Le Center, Owatonna and Wells Minnesota.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

• Bin Pro Dumpster Rental’s standard rental period for most dumpsters is 10 days, but 7 days for our 30-yard dumpsters. We have a daily rate for extending your rental time. We also offer long-term dumpster rental and live-load services. Please discuss your needs with our team.

How does renting a dumpster work?

• You make a request online or call our team to explain what you’re working on, and we’ll help you find the right-sized dumpster rental for your disposal needs. We’ll set up a delivery window that suits your schedule and deliver the roll-off container to your driveway or job site. You don’t need to be present for drop-off, but you should prepare the delivery area to ensure the spot is accessible. Once your project is complete, call or text us to request a pickup, and we’ll be back to haul the dumpster away.

What Can You Throw in a Bin Pro Dumpster?

• Household junk and debris from construction or home improvement projects are typically allowed in a dumpster. This includes remodeling debris such as drywall, metal, lumber, flooring, cabinetry, siding, and general household items from decluttering projects.
